Farm data · Working demo
Reeve. Ask about your farm on Telegram and get an answer with its sources.
Reeve holds a farm's records and reads them against the public data that covers its fields: the parcel register, CAP and aid rules, pest bulletins, prices and the forecast. You ask on Telegram, by voice or text. Each figure in the answer says where it came from. It is a working demo on a sample farm, with France's rules only.
What it is
Most of what a farm needs to know already exists somewhere: your own records and machine logs, the parcel register, this year’s CAP and aid rules, the regional pest bulletins, prices and the forecast. Each lives in its own place. Nobody has time to read them against each other every week.
Reeve does that reading. It holds your records, matches each public source to the fields it covers, and remembers what it has already seen so you don’t ask twice.
How you use it
You message Reeve on Telegram, by voice or text, in any language. There is nothing to install. A short answer comes back in the chat. For the detail, a Mini App inside Telegram shows the full answer with the figures, the sources and a map of the fields involved. There is also a web app.
It also speaks up when something matters before you ask: a filing deadline, a field worth checking, an alarm from a machine.

What you can ask it
“Is there any aid I haven’t claimed?” Reeve’s agent reads your fuel and fertiliser logs against this year’s aid rules and lists what you could still file, where, and by when. These are one-off claims. A missed deadline is money you don’t get back.
“Any pests to watch?” The agent compares years of regional pest bulletins with your crops and sowing dates and says which fields to check first. Whether to treat is your call once you have looked, and only above the threshold.
“Which days can I spray?” It puts the forecast, the work you have already booked and the spraying limits side by side and picks the best free day.

How it checks its answers
Each source is matched to the right field before it is used. A pest bulletin covers a whole region. A CAP payment depends on what grew on which parcel. Reeve does that matching first, so the answer is about your field and not the region.
Then the agent works out the answer with tools that look up your records, the rules, the bulletins and the forecast. Before anything is sent, each figure is checked back against a source. A figure with no source is dropped, or Reeve says what it could not find.
What’s missing
- It runs on a sample farm. The records are made up. The fields, rules, prices, pest bulletins and weather are real public data.
- Only France’s rules are built. Every EU country has a parcel register and CAP rules, so the approach should carry over. We have not built the rest yet.
- The next step is a pilot with one farm cooperative, on real records.
If you run a cooperative or advise farmers and want to be that pilot, tell us about the work.
